HCS Systems is providing the North Carolina Department of Transportation with application development and maintenance services for the Highway Construction and Materials System (HiCAMS) application. HiCAMS is a custom application that tracks and supports highway construction work and the testing of materials used in the construction process. HCS Systems is performing this work in partnership with CIBER. HCS Systems personnel are directly involved in performing application development, system analysis, testing, and database administration support to HiCAMS. This is an example of HCS Systems expertise in providing Application Development services for a mission critical system.
